You are overweight and you dare not you look in the mirror! Overweight you your life miserable: you feel bad about yourself, you lack confidence and your motivation is in neutral. Clearly, you want to lose weight! Fitness.com can help.
But where to start? The first step is to determine the reason for overweight. It looks easy at first glance but do you really know the exact causes of overweight? What body needs to lose weight effectively? Many people do overlook this important step and start a drastic diet using all their so-called knowledge on this subject. In general there is a diet to lose weight quickly associated with a fitness program to the extreme that it makes only a short period. This type of diet will quickly disappoint you because the body removes very little fat and it is not related efforts. It's always easy to choose what type of diet but in fact effects do not persist over time. You must choose a
plan that allows you to maintain your weight permanently.
What are your reasons for being overweight? At first you must understand how the human body works and what it needs to function properly. The human body needs energy to meet the needs of everyday life. This energy comes from our daily diet. Every food we eat is broken down into several categories: fats, proteins and carbohydrates. The energy that our body takes these substrates will be measured in calories. A calorie is the unit of measure of the energy value of food. These substrates such as fat, alcohol, proteins and carbohydrates produce a different energy value:
- 1 gram of fat equals 9 calories.
- 1 gram of protein equals 4 calories.
- 1 gram of alcohol is 7 calories.
- 1 gram of carbohydrate calories equivalent to 4.
We can therefore conclude that alcohol and produce more fat calories than protein and carbohydrates. But this does not mean that stopping drinking alcohol and not eating fatty foods, you will automatically lose weight. Consistency and balance your diet is the key to success. The energy value ie calorie nutrients can not be compared in the same way. 500 calories from carbohydrates will act completely differently in the body than 500 calories from protein. Metabolism will be requested in a different way because the report one calorie = 1 calorie, as is the case with the unit of measure 1cm = 1cm, is not valid for the human body.
Maybe you do not always discern how these explanations will influence your diet or will allow you to lose weight, but now you will understand: the body can eliminate calories to feed directly into the muscles. The body can also convert calories fat removed. This is what happens if you eat more calories than necessary. If you think you now need to reduce the amount of calories, it is not entirely wrong, but you will be disappointed by the results of your diet. You will not lose weight long term.
The real solution to your weight problem is to know why you overeat. Are you stressed at home or at work? Or is it a bad habit as "I nibble chips or chocolate while watching TV? "Or else" I regularly take a beer with colleagues after work? ". The reason is different for each of us, but when you make your own analysis, you can achieve your diet sustainable manner. For it is only from this moment that you can lose weight.
